So another holiday season has ended and I've got to say it was definitely an exciting one for me. I had alot of fun selecting wines for people either to give as gifts or to share at holiday parties. I hope that alot of great memories were made with these wines.

So now it's January. The air seems a little colder, the sky seems a little more grey, and those credit card bills from the holidays will start rolling in any day. So you're thinking, I need a good bottle of wine, but I really don't want to break the budget. Well you're in luck. I have singled out a bunch of wines that I think are outstanding values for under $10 a bottle. This is truly a part of my job that I thoroughly enjoy, finding these little gems that don't cost alot, but give us wine drinkers a ton of quality. Sometimes you have to be willing to take a chance and look a little of the beaten path for different grape varieties, or wines from diferent regions, but they are definitely out there. When you come into the store, look for the pink signs that say "Great Wines Under $10" and you will find some true gems. I have tasted all of these wines and highly recommend all of them. In fact most of these wines are my everyday wines all year round.
